Lettings & Sales Negotiator
Competitive Basic Salary – £18,500 - £21,000
You must have a full, clean UK driving license to apply for this role.
Castle Estates Nottingham is a vibrant, family-run letting agent-based in Beeston, Nottingham with over 25 years of experience in the field, we are one of the more prominent, established letting agents in the area. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated lettings negotiator to help out with the property viewings and aspects of property management.
The role would involve:
- Arranging viewings and corresponding with prospective tenants/ purchasers
- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Supplying feedback to our landlords and updating them on the lettings process
- Arrange and conduct property inspections
- Help out with aspects of property management
The role will not require remote working.
Monday to Friday – 0930-1730 and 2 Saturday mornings a month 0900-1230 (compensated with days off in lieu)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- GCSE C or above in English or equivalent
Experience:
- lettings: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full, Clean UK Driving License.
