HEAD WAITER/HEAD WAITRESS

Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel, recently acquired by Seren, a unique collection of high-quality hospitality venues in Wales. The hotel is highly regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list.
Seren currently includes the 5-star Grove of Narberth hotel, Michelin starred Beach house Restaurant in Oxwich, Coast Restaurant and Kiosk café in Saundersfoot.
We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Head waiter/Head waitress who is passionate about leading the team by example and to help guide the restaurant to become a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.
