We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and lively receptionist to join our friendly team at Twinlakes Park. This is an amazing opportunity to join our busy and expanding team, you will work closely with the office manager, park manager and director. You will need to be confident in dealing with customers when admitting to the park as well as handling any queries and potential customer complaints.

ARE YOU:

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and able to communicate well both written and verbally
  • Able to engage with visitors and answer enquiries.
  • Able to work as part of a team but also confident in working and carrying out tasks alone.
  • Experienced in a similar customer facing role

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Various admin tasks including group bookings, preparation including financial records.
  • The ideal candidate will have a great telephone manner, reception experience and knowledge with basic admin duties including MS Office Suite.
  • Passion and drive for excellent customer service.
  • Enjoy working with the public.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Work independently and part of a team.

Full training will be given but basic knowledge of office principles is essential. Starting time varies between 8:00 am and 9:00am, however flexibility is required and extra hours/days will be required during peak times. This position is paid hourly not salaried; therefore, you receive payment for all your working hours. Salary is negotiable at interview stage.
