Part of FullerThomson, The Southern is a popular, well-established bar and restaurant in Edinburgh, providing laid back drinking and dining. Currently, we are looking for a kitchen assistant to complete our kitchen team – ideally someone who has previous experience working in busy restaurants and bars. We are looking for fun, confident, enthusiastic people who enjoy delivering great plates of food.
We are open from 12pm until 10pm for food service, with an opening shift starting at 11am and closing shift finishing it 10:30pm.
There will be a mixture of solo working during the day shift, as well as working in a team during the evenings and weekends.
