Simmer are now looking for someone with a broad skillset to operate across the marketing team and contribute towards our continued growth targets. Working in a lean team of 6, you’ll be given responsibility from the get-go & work directly alongside Forbes 30 under 30 Founders.
You'll be…
- Managing the email marketing including design & implement campaigns as well as analyse & iterate on flows.
- Working with Simmy to write social posts, speeches & videos briefs for his personal brand. This may also include writing award applications & press releases.
- Writing engaging video scripts for Simmer’s social platforms.
- Updating the website content & copy
- Lead the organisation of photoshoots to update the menu & write compelling product descriptions.
- Managing the influencer marketing: producing briefs & conducting outreach to drive results.

You'll have…
- Currently working with an FMCG brand as a Marketing Exeecutive or a Copy Writer.
- Strong writing experience, be a confident & articulate writer who can: write engaging LinkedIn posts, compose applications for awards, edit video scripts, produce compelling email copy & any other ad-hoc writing tasks.
- Be excited to a tell our story so the ability to hook and engage audiences by recognising & propelling narratives within the Simmer/Founder story is key.
- Have an awareness of social media content: whilst you won’t be directly producing video content, it’s a huge part of our organic growth & a key philosophy: we’re a social-first business. We create content that drives real results.
- Excellent organisation & time-management: You’ll need to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously so it’s crucial that you own your time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset & attention to detail: experience in a small business, startup or your own side hustle is a huge bonus!
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 - Dependent on experience
Logistics: Hybrid working, Hours 9am-6pm. Happy to travel to London for co-working with the team.
